★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Booked AC 3 sleeper seats by paying 1700rs & as soon as journey started from dombivli, AC got broke down till we reaches kalyan. When asked they started arguing & told me if i wish i can get down of bus. I was travelling with my mom & a kid & they were giving me option of refund & after refund i can get down of bus with my mom & kid that too in the middle of highway & at 09:45pm. When called Maharaja travel agent they told me i want i can leave this bus & ask me to take another bus. Highly unprofessional peoples. Didn't expected this from such old travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From pickup time and bus transportation good..but guide not explaing well he skip so many places to tell passanger that place not open yet, actually i am from Mumbai only i am with my sister in law and her family who come here from Karnataka so that's why i knew which place as mumbai dharshan you have to manshioned but here not.. overall it's good experience but please improve other things also..
