★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum ..let me just alert you people about this travels..the owner of the travel name zubair is under major personal money problem ..where he is taking money from people for umrah and sending them after 4 to 5 months with various issues ..with lots of problems where he will send you from various cities like chennai and hyderabd...our experience with this person was to bad..every other day we use to visit his office wre he wasn available only the office would be open. .waiting for hours he comes he will tell u the date den come again on dat day...dat will keep on goin till few months. .he will not receive your calls after taking money. .worstest experience with travels...i would tell every one not to opt for this travel..never..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It dont deserve rating at all. I dont have words to express my agony. My brother had paid money for hajj 2018 for 3 people with full payment. It was my dad's hard earned money which he had saved after retirement.
They cheated to such an extent that they even gave the vaccination which is taken before travel and next day they said they couldnt get visa.
It was a shock that my family is still recovering.
My dad expired last month.
My brother is not in a position to forgive himself for not taking my dad to hajj. I dont know how a true muslim can cheat someone like this. They are not at all god fearing. Just the business minded cheaters in the name of Allah.
These thugs cheated us. Still we r yet to get the balance amount.
So don't ever go to these people..

Let me inform you that recently we went to umrah-2018 NOV, with my family, it was organised by Karwan-e-haramanin & i have not faces any issue on that , infact they have provided full , totally good service to haji's..
Dear All , Doing Umrah Job is not so easy task , its vary vary difficult job, making tickets , making umrah visa ,, its not like that we paid the amount and we want services immediately .
Yes, i believe there was some financial issue on moulana side , but they dint stop sending people right . they are doing great job. they struggling to send Haji's. some time they will or some time they not.
We should all think twice before giving any bad review, Allah wish the person who want to come to umraj or ziyarat e Hajj , Almighty will call .
They are so many people , they have enough money to go , but they can't, because its Allah wish.
Have Sabar and Faith on Allah , if he wish , some how he will call you .
I hope you all Will understand , Jazak Allah hu Kaiyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 seats for Hajj 2018 in the month of Oct 2017 and paid the full amount. But at the last minute I was told that the visa is not yet confirmed. They had around 117 hajis, but only 25 to 30 of them got visa. My parents are completely broke, and in no mood to celebrate Eid here. Though I got all my money back, I wouldnt prefer this agency to anyone. I was among the first ten people to book, and expected them to give me priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked for Hajj 2018. Made full payment six months in advance. Had specifically asked if he has permit, that's where the lies started. Turns out that he took money from 100+ assuming he would do some magic to send so many people through other operators and make his cut.
Till last minute we were told he was trying to get us the visa, Allah knows the truth. Only 5 people got the visa out of 117 at the end. Surprisingly(supposedly) Moulana got the visa and he has gone for hajj with his wife and mother while the cheques he gave us bouncing.
As I know, A haji is suppose to clear all his dues, I don't know what this so called Moulana Zubair is intending to get back from this Hajj.
I have been making rounds of his office hoping and praying that I get back my money, quite a big amount. His office staff stopped receiving my calls.
May Allah give him hidaya and make him return our money .
Update: After struggling for close to three month I recovered my money Alhamdulillah. Innumerable calls which were mostly unanswered, multiple visits to his office irrespective of in good health or not, I had to go through lot of agony and frustration. May Allah save us from people like these.
