★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good .But a man who was there that time abruptly refused to honour SBI DEBIT CARD REWARD POINTS because the regular sales woman was not available. We paid the full amount taken the cooker. Otherwise absolutely no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Prestige Royale gas stove GT04 on 15/05/15. In this short time of 6 years the
metal rings outside the burners have become brittle and break easily when cleaning. They are of very poor quality. Having paid an exorbitant amount for the stove one would expect the fitments to be of superior quality.
Another problem with this stove is that the flame at its lowest is not as low as my earlier Sunflame stove with the result that the gas consumption is much higher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the outlet is really stupid. She unnecessarily fiddled around with the lid of my pressure cooker without having any knowledge of how to fix it. What was a Rs125 repair costed me 450 at the service centre. After damaging the component, she said to take it to the authorized service centre. She could have told me that earlier itself.
SALES PEOPLE SHOULD STICK TO SALES and not experiment with things at the cost of customers.
