★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went there for tax payment of my car. People here are not at all helpfull. To know the amount of tax on tax payment counter they send me to 1 no counter. The man of 1no counter said go to tax payment counter.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there with out agent, if you go to make your driving licence then they don't provide you the actual physical licence... I was given my E-licence not the actual one though I had paid the fee of the printed licence card... They said to me that they don't provide that smart card.. why because I did not go there with agent... It's been four month I haven't got smart card.. 24/3/2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ negative rating. Disgusting. Staff posted there don't want to attend any public. they only recommend for dalal. even they try to mislead/misinform public. 3rd class. It's happens because in all WB state govt organization they posted only illiterate party workers through back door without any proper reequipment procedure. this process continue from CPIM govt. to now TMC govt. Same on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to get your work done without the help of broker. Else the staffs at the office will ask you to visit multiple times without proper communication. The official website is of no help as no proper information is available. The staffs doesnot talk to you nicely obviously u will have to take the help of the broker. common man at a lot of distress. The IAS officer attached to the department should make sure proper hoarding or information is available for the customers so that they don't have to take help of the broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get your Vehicle registration, Tax payments, Number plates, Ownership transfer done here. This place has ample space to park also lot of brokers to help you out. But be ready to negotiate as broker charges may vary on your conviction or bargaining skills.

Please carry Aadhar/voter card + learner license for verification
For 2 wheeler you have to bring your 2 wheeler by yourself for driving test
If you dont have any license then first you have to capture photo in the Transport office ....and there is a long queue for that.
If you already have a license then you just verify your documents and give the drive test.
If you are going from a driving school then they verify the docs for you.
