★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your PET , pls dont take them to the worst Place "Kashika" . The technician are not at all professional , they dont have any idea about grooming. Products used are very cheap quality, My GSD fur felt like , they had given him bath from RIN OR NIRMA SOAP , After effect was very bad, major drastic hair fall , Dryer was used directly in the skin , wherein rashes were observed... This place dont deserve to be a grooming part ,,,
To your response... you are lying and do you want me to show you proof of making payment which was done Online .. do u want me to show you proof of my pet hair which was destroyed ..I expect you to be more sincere in your work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not upto the mark of as per charges, and they maintain social distance only for God parents but at a time they did 5-6 Dogs grooming works...God knows how to they maintain social distance, the owner lady is somuch irritating and arrogant, she said that she haven't permission to open her pet salon by rule, then how to she take appointment of 5-6 dogs at the same time. There have no seating and restroom (toilet) provision infact no shead over there , where as they take 2:30 h -3 h for each dogs instead of maximum 1-1:30 h needs . Whereas other salons charges 1-1.5k they took 2.5 -3k for each .the worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please please don't visit Kashika for your pet's sake. I visited last week but refrained myself from taking any service from this ill mannered, rude, impolite and arrogant lady owner's shop because of her bad behaviour and very bad attitude. It's quite evident why the rating and reviews the shop is getting worse. The way she handles criticism by her nasty and disregard words, I am sure she won't improve. She is into service sector and she does not know how to behave. One Mahatma Gandhi quote for self introspection of this very poor shop "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him".
And my upbringing and upkeeping of my pet is nothing to do with your ill mannered behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very rude. She took a service from us and refused to pay the delivery guy his money! And on top of that she blocked us and shut the door on his face. I can't understand how such humna beings even exist. I mean if you do that with us it's fine. But with someone who is literally surviving on your money. That's not fair and is inhuman.
I'm unable to find the option for replying. So I'm editing this. Sharing a screenshot where you clearly said i will not pay. You deal with your uber guy! What a liar. Also I'm not reviewing the place, instead I'm reviewing the person who owns the shop:).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalism, no manners or etiquette to talk to customers for a paid service that too. Failed to deliver the service, absolutely poor designs and poor mannerism. Such a bad experience, don’t recommend the worst upon anyone. Stay away from this lady and her sad business. It won’t ever flourish, it does not deserve to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KPP is the best grooming salon for furry babies in town, hands down. Kashika takes great care of the babies and looks after the work done by the handlers in person. I have been visiting there with my baby since he was 6 months and till date I only trust KPP with my baby. I stay in Haldia, and taking my baby so far may be hectic but it's worth it.. Thank you so much for the best quality service I could think of.. Much love.
