★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good only for breed dogs. If you have a street dog, don't go there. This place is only good if you can pay them well, some staff are good, while there are some staff who are very rude and Don't know how to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ‘he’ holds your paw children in his solicitous arms, you know, for sure, you and your children are safe and shielded.
Dr. Subir Bhattacharya (Paws and Claws Clinic) has been the messiah to the paw parents. His life is totally dedicated to the well-being of the blessed animal kingdom. The magic-doctor who has the elixir to all ailments. Thus, calling him a medical ‘alchemist’ is no misnomer. And this transcends him to the august and the divine rostrum from where he philanthropically reaches out to every animal in distress sans any prejudiced mindset.
To respected Dr. Bhattacharya,
I express my sincere gratitude to you. To me, you are an epitome of professional values and ethics thereby, defining the essence of humanity. I pray for your good health and happiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and owners definitely own the place, but it's not necessary that they make everybody feel bad about it. Dr. Subir seems good, but the people of paws and claws are sweet at once, but they are savage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst thing about this place is they will start charging extra, they will force you to visit again so that they can charge again for consultation.. if you’re a new pet parents then don’t go there, they will surely make you fool, they don’t give proper advice or guidance. Not so friendly staff members.
Even when substitute medicine is available at cheaper price doc to will prescribe you expensive medicine and if you’ll refuse that medicine they will charge you somehow in other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given negative remarks if possible. Pathetic place and even a more pathetic doctor, named Dr. Subir Bhattacharjee. Brought my first ever golden retriever home on 17th January and took him straight to this clinic for the first regular checkup. The doctor was very arrogant and didn't even listen to our queries properly in the first place. Then he suggested wrong medicines for our puppy (deworming medicine without any prior checkup, that too thr Medicine of an adult dog), the store outside the doctor chamber literally forced us to buy their products at double the price than what is offered by pet shops. My puppy got very sick the next morning after the first dosage of the medicine. Vomitting and diarrhoea being the main problems as his body obviously couldn't take the adult medicines. Being first time owners this experience scarred us for life and not to mention the immense pain our puppy had to go through. There is pure money making business in this place. I would sincerely request to not visit this place if you don't want your dog to be half dead! Someone should cancel the license of this doctor. Inhumanity at its peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor (Dr. Subir Bhattachary) is an extremely casual and laid back person. Without spending enough time to diagnose and listen to the symptoms, he jumps onto prescribing tests. Which gives no indicative result only to prescribe one more test and then another scan, and then a test again. And that's how they ensure that you keep visiting them and keep paying them hefty charges for consultation, tests, scans, medication, etc.
It looks less like a place where one can get their pet(s) treated and more like a place which is only interested in making money.
