There is a childrens park in the complex as well as a flower garden. There is ample space for a walk within the complex. Firefighting and 24hr security are also among its features. Axis Mall and Kasba New Market are but a stone throw away from this complex.

On right side there are two big gates,one is north and other is south. North gate remain open upto 4 pm
Southern gate open after 4pm.
