I have purchased a bike Bajaj CT 100 on 22nd March 2018 and registration with RTO done on 25th June 2018 by Salasar Bajaj Bhiwandi after complaint made to Bajaj Auto ltd by me. I have made several times reminders in 3 months but received bogus assurance from Kashyap Motors Mulund. Also delivered me one year old model bike without my knowledge.
Also they have made insurance policy with wrong details, after complaint made with reliance I have received revised policy from company.
Now m going to lodge a case to consumer court against Kashyap Motors, Bajaj auto and reliance insurance.
