★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good but there is no coordination between the staff. They called me at 2:30 in the afternoon to say that my bike servicing is done and when I reached at 5:30 they were still doing it. I had to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service centre. After purchasing TVS Jupiter vehicle received only 20-25 milage, speak anything to fool people calls again and again for service, and after every service vehicle started new problem. THEY ARE NOT CREATOR...........

I’ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with repairing my old bike, checking new bike, etc. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust his expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can give (-5) star rating if available. For service which was recently shifted to near Dubey hospital, one of the worst experience. The staff was extremely arrogant, didn't have customers centricity. They will cost you more than required. One of the supervisor is legend, he can take just one ride & tell you a million problem in your bike which neither you saw in your entire riding.
Worst servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. My TVS Jupiter’s small part was broken and wanted to change it. I visited there service center they said “madam abhi avarl nahi h 2 3 din bad call kar ke aao” I called them after 3 days they said “ part aagaya h aajao” and when I went there they kept me waiting for like half and hour and said “ma’am part Nahi hai”. I stay far from that service centre . Now it’s been 3 weeks and I still calling them after every 2 3 days still the part is not available. Today they disconnected my call. This is very disappointing.PATHETIC Service.! Never buy any thing from them guys.
