She made me so comfortable she was so welcoming about me learning it at this age. She made me feel comfortable at every step and was so patient with me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been learning Kathak from Kathak Nrityashala since last two years. I must say I am very lucky to have found this institution. The classes are conducted by the renowned Pt Krishan Mohan Mishra Ji and his senior disciple Ms. Minu Garu. Learning from them would be a dream come true for any Kathak enthusiast.
One gets to learn from the best and the teaching itself is very well structured. We have been taught basics very well and now slowly are progressing towards more nuanced form. As a beginner student I have felt quite comfortable and all my doubts have been suitably addressed at all times. With the small batch strength, there is enough focus on every student. The class environment is very friendly and one gets to interact with senior dancers and professionals as well in between the classes. There are students from all age group. The classes are held in the Central Delhi and as a working professional I have been given enough flexibility which is a rare thing with other dance institutions. In a nutshell, this is a perfect place for anyone interested in learning Kathak dance form in Delhi.
