★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the three stations of Katni city. A unique place where there is a railway track flyover crossing of two railway lines. But much more for public convenience. Approach roads are in very BAD Condition.

A quiet, transit station with NOT much chaos and active facilities (atleast during the morning). The Upper Class waiting hall is quite good actually but it's vacant most of the time. The road connecting the main junction and Katni South is very bumpy and becomes somewhat submerged (knee length) inside the short length tunnels connecting the two stations. Although, there are another routes too. Overall, it's a peaceful place...
