★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowdy area...lots of residence is here. Nice place to live in Pune. Rajivgandhi Zoo, Swaminarayan Temple, Katraj lake are the picnic destination for your weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bus availability. The depot has two stands depending on the direction of travel. For travelling towards kondhwa, the stand is on the opposite side of main depot and not visible from there whereas all other buses pass through the stop aside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient but not clean enough. Buses are available for almost every corner of city. Frequency too is good. Most of the buses are new ones however cleanliness not good enough. The old buses are too smokey and noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Busiest Place of Pune...... Let me elaborate, just besides the Bus Stand there is Bhaji Mandai (vegetable Market)
An half or 1 km away from Bus Stand of left there is Rajiv Gandhi Zoo and on right side of the Stand oh Lord there is Huge Array of Restaurants!!!!!!!!!!!
