Very clean station premises as well as highly protected by the Railway protection force and entire area is under cctv surveillance. Katwa bus stand is so close to railway station and local toto car also available from the station. Katwa is direct connected by these stations below, Katwa- Bardhaman, Katwa- Sealdah, Katwa- Howrah, Katwa- Murshidabad and so many other places ???

increased for the convenience of public, one major issue is unavailability of connecting trains - you may have to wait a lot if this junction comes in the middle of your journey and if you need to change here.
