A year back I went through catastrophic changes in my life
I underwent PCNL that is surgery for kidney stone on 6 th September 2018
Everything went well just after surgery my blood pressure was severely deranged and I underwent a CV stroke
At first I was in severe trauma what went suddenly I was not even able to my left toe ,doctors ,surgeon all sympathetized me that I will recover soon , but as such even after six days I was not getting able to move left toe ,I started my physiotherapy training with Dr Prashasti Patel , just after I came from hospital,
At first ,we visited all kinds of people who used to do give all false hopes about recovery
But as we met our physiotherapist she told us trust the process ,you will win not immediately but definitely .
We kept her treatment continued for a whole year from Walker to stick I can now walk free hand without any support
All thanks to Prashasti Patel my physiotherapist that she gave her time and consistently; boosted my moral ,and now I can walk and do all household activities without any worry.?

Dr. Prashasti patel is one of the finest yoga person and wonderful physiotherapist I have seen. There is a challenge every day but she takes you through it with ease. Her success also lies in the fact that she is always updated and is more than happy to help every one. .i strongly recommend kaushalyam.!

β β β β β I have been attending the workout routine since last two months and I see a great amount of difference in terms of flexibility and strength in myself. The instructors are really good and they design the workout plan based on our body type. It's nothing less than a personal training. I am still continuing the workout and would recommend my friends n family to join here too.
