★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.blankets were smelly and there was some dirty spots on them.
2.there was not proper lock system in room. Door lock was so weak that with a little hard push it will open it.
3. hot water service was not good. Hot was available only for sometime in early morning then afterwards it was finished too.
windows were transparent and curtain was small so that 1/3 window was uncover. It was very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure, pleasant place for stay around Dayalbagh area, free car parking available for the guests. Budget Friendly stay with hygienic linen & laundry in rooms. TV, intercom, cupboards, attached washrooms all included in room payment. Cleaning heating eating services at your doorsteps. Place for must staying. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a night halt or a couple of days and you are on budget , it's a great place. But food is ok , you don't get menu to select from , it's sort of an office mess with fixed menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to stay for 1 or 2 days maximum. Room was clean but TV was not working and canteen was not good even there was no room service at the time of breakfast. Aalloo parantha was tasteless at price of 30 per piece and tea was also very tasteless.
Hotel staff was good and supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper facilities, like towel, shampoo, Worset bedding, Fridge, no helping baggage boy, TV facilities not proper. Room light system is not proper, toilet facilities not good even proper. No toilet paper Worset and dirty kitchen facilities.
