★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst Builder, no water connections in our building since last 2 yrs. He is not providing water tanker also on time. Not yet received OC. Alreday he has taken 7.5 yrs to complete construction but not cleared dues and issues.

The owner is biggest fraud and he made thousands of family to suffer without water, electricity and promised basic amenities. Before buying any property first visit his old projects like Kavya Residency, Kavya Park, Kavya Hillview and so many. People who bought the property from him are cursing him heavily as life has become a garbage. Never buy any property from him!! Fraud Builder!! Fake Promises!!!! Fake company!!!
