★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swapnil & Dayaram from Aurum Kawasaki always set the bar high to ensure best customer satisfaction no matter how small/big the issue is. Usually, customer is treated like a king during the sales cycle alone but, in my last 3 yrs of experience with Aurum, i was always provided with utmost respect and care during the post sales (Service) stages. Due to this, even for basic stuff like washing, chain clean/lube etc i prefer coming to them and would blindly refer them to other riders. A complete peace of mind experience :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service technicians are good however the servicing management team is pure fraud and lacks customer service skills . Always trying to fool customers by selling parts at higher prices and literally fight like goons when you counter them. Also I got a part from them suspecting it to be an issue however it turned out it wasn't the issue, so they refused to return the part and I had to pay 10k for the part which was already working fine. Only 1 senior technician is there who knows everything about Kawasaki bikes and is humble too. Go at your own risk., because they will try to make the bill go as high as possible.
Replying to your smart response, first of all your team refused to accept that the part they sold me is theirs-this is not how you should speak to your customers. I was only asking them to fit the part you sold to me, in the bike thats it and then you guys identified the problem in switch whic was correct, and also I bought, so I thank you for that. My only problem was that you should not refuse that you sold this part ,also have some identification or part number so you can identify your own sold product and not just simply refuse that its yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying the bike is mostly a personal choice, but building the relationship with a brand is more in the dealership’s domain. Bought the bike from them and got great service support from Aurum Kawasaki. Receiving a small replacement bolt while being 500 kms away from the nearest service station was just a phone call away. 5000 kms strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales Staff is really nice. However service staff is just the opposite. They try to manipulate and squeeze max money out of you and there is no uniformity in their service charges. For same service they charge 4k to one person and 6k to another. If you are there for 6000kms service they will charge you 3000rs as labor charge where they only clean your air filter. Even adjusting chain and washing the bike is charged. They even charge you for maintenance spray which they use at 3-4 places on bike as consumables. Whats the point of 3000 for just cleaning air filter?? Really??? I will advise anyone who is going to get their bike serviced here to strictly follow the owners manual. And do check your fluids before taking your bike to service, they will add BS charges of brake fluid top up or coolant top up. Be aware.
