Update:
Abhishek @ Motosaki service center too very cooperative, handled my accident claim very efficiently.
Repair may delay due to procurement from Kawasaki.

I’m here for my first service today and very prompt service action from the service team. Bike is done with its service within 3 hours. Special thanks to the service team including Mr. abhishek and service head Mr Pratik Shetty, Technicians Mr. Sunil and Mr. vishal. Looking forward to munching more miles on the bike. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had accident on my ninja 300 2021. I was very upset and sad. Kawasaki thane helped to claim my bike under insurance especially Abhishek,Raj,Omkar helped me a lot. It took lot of time to to get parts delivered but I’m happy that my bike is perfectly fine and ready to roll again. Thanks to all service team and kudos to their efforts.

However my overall experience of purchasing and servicing at Kawasaki Thane (Motosaki Kawasaki Thane) has been totally amazing.
Test ride and Delivery of bike:-
I took the test ride of the Z900 back in February and that’s actually when I started evaluating my journey into the big bike category. Saurabh Amburle was one of the sales personnel who guided me through the ins and outs of the motorcycle and at the end of the visit he arrange a pretty long test ride for me to see what the bike was all about. I was sold on this specific feature as the showroom personnel are willing to offer a decent test rides for serious buyer as in India test riders of super bikes are a joke(to be honest). I put down my booking amount for the Z900 in Feb end and was told it would take a minimum of 3 months for the bike to get here. Saurabh did say he’ll try his level best to arrange for an early delivery. Also Kawasaki offers motorcycle financing option to make purchasing of sbks easier.
In March I finally took my delivery of my motorcycle as the bikes were available and the Saurabh assisted in making a deliver a priority. One of the best delivery experience I have had of a motorcycle till now. Raj (another sales personnel) helped me out in understanding the how the bikes electronic rider aids and function and how to customise them to my liking. He did a really good job of helping me out on that aspect.
Service:-
Due to the lockdown the mileage of the motorcycle is still under a 1000kms. Though the first service was needed to be done as to address some issues I had face with the bike and to keep the warranty intact. Service Manager Abhishek and Service Advisor Gaurav did a really good job in getting the bike serviced under a record time and have not faced an issue till now.
My overall experience at Kawasaki Thane has been a joy right from purchasing the motorcycle to getting the bike serviced. Kudos to the entire team at Kawasaki Thane for a job well done.

Raj was the guy who helped us throughout the case, he managed to workout 3 different finances for me and then I selected the best one.
Did my first service with them after a month, absolutely love how they handle customers and educate them. my bike is much more smoother now running better than a new one.
Overall a very pleasant experience finally owning a small superbike now, thanks to Raj Patil. ????
