★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my avenger for 3 rd free service , the next day when I had collected my bike I observed that the petrol was stolen.atleast 3 liter petrol has been stolen from my bike.
So never give your bike with good amount of petrol for servicing.
I am going to complaint about this to Bajaj team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be there to make sure your work is done properly. Otherwise you do not know what happens. My speedometer coil had problems. I got it fixed but the light in fuel indicator even after telling them twice still not done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service centre for Bajaj bike servicing. Service quality is good and fast. During weekends it can be a little crowded and service may take time which is expected.
However parts are not always available for older bikes. I have been servicing my pulsar 135 ls at this centre for a long time. one issue i faced is, my bike's tail light needs a replacement but they have not been able to provision a new one. They always tell me to wait for 2 weeks for arranging the light but its never there. It's been over a year now and still the part is not there. hence giving one star less.
Apart from this one issue, overall satisfied with the service experience. 4/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my bike 2 days back for basic servicing . After servicing I found there is a sound in my bike while driving, my be a chain sound which is not adjusted properly And when I informed them regarding the issue , the worker said everything is fine even I have shown them the sound while driving but unfortunately they are not accepting there fault and not adjusted the chain though other engineer checked and said there may be an issue but the another muslim named (forgot the name) engineer was not ready to fix it. I don't know why but it's happened to me. Pathetic experience after paying 1400 rs for servicing. I recommend not to visit there better go to local engineers. Atleast we can see what they are doing with our bike. I recommend strictly no for this service centre.

Reason:
I took my bike to the Suraj Bajaj Service Station for regular servicing. I thought it would be better to visit a genuine one than local mechanic but things gone wrong. At the time of delivery I didn't check for any damage as there was no previous demage but next day it came to notice that bike's left side leg guard was broken and bolts were eft loose that damaged front tire. (Snaps attached)
I complained about this to the center but they refused and said I have done that.
Finally I lost 4000 rs for servicing and damage is yet to calculate.
Although service quality is not upto the mark.
