After that another battery pack purchased for my brother with discounted price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Friends, this is to keep you aware that this company is not experienced in the battery and doing fraud with the customers. the services they are providing are pathetic. they don't even bother to replay on even continuos followups and calls if you do. they have provided me faulty 40 AH two-wheeler battery which can not run even 14 km and this company service persons are saying its a good product at least it runs 14km.
