The mechanics here have no respect towards customers.
If you want a properly serviced bike this is the worst place you can go to.
Very bad experience by the manager Mr. Dinesh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slower then the tortoise...lack of attentiveness, or rather care for the customer. You will find people either dinning or sleeping in customer lounge in the afternoon which makes the waiting more painful during the servicing times...

It took me two hours to get my Meteor 350 get fully serviced and ready to be picked up, They also allow you to watch your bike get serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. They purposely ask you to keep the bike and go. My experience wasn't good today as when being asked what all is being changed Ramesh named guy started speaking in an abrupt manner. Also they took out my petrol before dismantling but when putting back the petrol,they were leaving almost half a Litre. Somehow i got them to put it back. Due the demand of the bike service,these people have no manners or deal with customers. On asking them in detail, they label you as "Oversamart"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thing which RE needs to correct is the service center timing for Manpada, Thane. The app shows the earliest slot of 9 am and I selected that thinking the early I give my bike for servicing the better. However when I reached the service center to my surprise the timing was mentioned as starting from 9.30 am. So I had to wait outside for 30 minutes. Please do get this corrected to save our time.
