★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience in service. As they dont provide accessories in time. All the time you have to take follow up . Also, have to drive the bike to warehouse for essential accessories, which is in fact their responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers are not supported with solution here...felt like customers are at their mercy..the way they talk, understand the need of customers and providing solution is pathetic. Dont know why do they open service centre when they dont want customers to reach them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service, Poor Attitude of the entire staff overall, Rude behaviour and no basic decency of apologising if there's any error on their end.
Never have had such a terrible service experience EVER. Highly recommend anyone to find any other service centre than this one.
PS : Also, this is an open secret of sorts, but they will STEAL your petrol within a day's service as if your tank is Iraq and they're the Americans invading to "Liberate it".
So even if someone is helpless enough to go to their centre, atleast go with a near empty tank.

1) staff is arrogant and lazy
2) never give service on time
3) never gives correct information
4) as per company law every time service centre should check vehicle health, which they does only twice
5) parts are never available, also domestic sale not available.
6) dirty service centre
7) consumer waiting area converted to warehouse
8) even parts are good they suggest to change just to make money
9) customer comes on store opening time but staff comes late and after one hour they start their work
10) all damaged vehicle are kept in front of shop
11) compound road are pathetic
12) washing bike takes two hours
13) literally customer has to beg to give vehicle.
14) sometimes i feel that even parts are duplicate
15) shop area is big but kept all untidy.
