★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is typically 30+ minutes before a relevant person attends you. The approach road is pathetic for 200+ metres and you feel like taking a U turn and finding another service centre.
Having said that, car service quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For regular सर्व्हिसिंग they will start with 18000 and end up with 8-9000. Which is of no use at all. This is overpriced and people should think about buying ng maruti suzuki cars. Huge maintenance and service charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cost is very high. I had been a regular using fort point service for last 5 years and had always taken AMC still each time I go for maintenance or servicing they charge more than 10000.
Done with their services now and moving to different company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Advisors are knowledgeable. However, a visit implies minimum spending of 10k. I am not sure how that is done. I booked an appointment as the offer was for Rs5299 + GST. Now, I have to shell out Rs 9239 for the servicing this time. You should know for yourself, what it is that you want to get done in your car. If you are not too sure, get ready for shelling out a minimum 10k!
