★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst experience. Owner is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Too arogant. He forgot to attach the mirror on my wardrobe and on top of that is showing attitude and fighting with me. Will not suggest at all..there are much better options nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE PROMISES AND AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM: They will SWEET TALK you initially but don't fall for it. I wish I could give 0 stars after all the problems I faced. I visited the store three times and to purchase a bed. On the face of it everything seemed good. The nightmare began when they delivered the product. They delivered a product that was defective. The quality of work was substandard and it looked like a refurbished piece.
The design that didn't match what I had selected and they asked me to pay more for what we had originally ordered. They promised delivery in a week but they made us wait longer.
I had no option but either to accept what I got or to pay more. I regret having paid more. They become totally unresponsive after they have collected 100% of the payment in advance from you. They pick your calls very lazily sometimes even giving you the choicest of abuses (directed to you mother and your sister) in Hindi if you show frustration. I had to go to their store and raise my voice in front of prospective customers until they agreed to talk and refund the extra money I paid. I got my cot in one piece after constant follow ups. But the second cot was of bad quality, too. I did not have the energy to fight with them any longer and we had to call a local carpented to fix the problems. He doesn't think it will last for more than couple of years and our money has been wasted.
DON'T GET SWEET TALKED into how brilliant their factory workers are.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SWEET WORDS. Record what you purchase, (video, photographs). Otherwise they will cheat you and deliver sub standard products as can be seen in the photos below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 0 star ? for the defective five seater sofa set which caused Major Neck pain (Spondylosis) and Back pain (Slip disc) and incurred appx. 2 lacs medical expenses. Please don't buy from this store and save your precious health. It's true - Health is wealth. They charge hefty amount for sofa set but the defect of foam has caused medical exigencies to my family. X-ray, MRI & surgery of back and neck for family members. You decide of you want good health or their defective products. All the best for your health.

There must be some kind of misunderstanding or any competition shops must have given lesser ratings just to spoil the name...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this store. Cheated by the owner Mr Roopchand and his salesman Syed. They made tall claims while selling and delivered substandard products. Half finished furniture was delivered against full payment with the promise of finishing pending work in a week. It has been 2 years and these guys have not yet honoured their commitment. My worst experience. They are out there only to scam people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start about this father-son duo pathetic service. Very unprofessional and money greedy people. They'll lie on your face after getting full payment. They give you false promises and lure u to pay full advance in cash. After that you'll see their real face. The son Mr. Nikunj will lie on ur face that he never said this n that. What we want will require extra cost. We order a white wordrobe and he prepared one with clear visible grey spots all over the wordrobe. When I told him to show the sample which he showed while placing order, he said he never showed us any sample. I rejected that wordrobe and asked for refund which he clearly refused. Than comes the father Mr. Roopchand, who promised us he'll make a new one within 4days. Thn he started giving excuses and took 20 more days to make another piece. Which didn't have the handles given by us. He blamed it on the carpenter that even after giving clear instruction he made the mistake. Soft closing hinges were also gone and replaced with low quality hinges. Even After almost 20 visits they're unable to make a good quality white wordrobe. When I asked him to change the handles he assured me he'll change it and their will be no mark on wordrobe. Thn comes the delivery day after almost 2 months and 20 visits, he delivered it without even cleaning and polishing. The wrong handle mark is clearly visible in images attached. The white wordrobe still has many gery spots.
I'll never go to this shop ever ever again.
