★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I parked my car in the lane it was to visit another store but thankfully I entered Woodenstreet first. They have a lovely collection on display, Loved everything they had and specially liked the person who attended to us. Very impressed by the way he convinced us without being pushy.
Decided on Adoree lounge chair but wanted to look at other stuff in the market and sleep over it. After a week, today finalised on 2 Adoree chairs because did not come across anything so contemporary and beautiful as Adoree chair and also found it to be very comfortable.
Am really happy with my purchase and am eagerly waiting for the delivery.

They promise quality products and customer ends up paying premium price for it. But, product received is not upto the mark. After sales service is pathetic. They won't respond since the customer has already made the payment. They don't need returning customer, as simple as that. Your team shows excellent interest for people relationship in online so that everyone thinks that you guys genuinely care the customer. Clients beware of such goody goody words. Why do you need order id now and what will you validate? I hv had enough mails and requests with your team. You are showing off as if you care. Great PR strategy. I am a genuine customer.. Are you guys genuine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Wooden Street Thane store. The product quality was good. I went there looking out for TV units. There were few options available and all of them were good. The products they have does have some ethnic touch and looks simple and elegant. The wooden quality also seemed good. The store manager was helpful in guiding about products. All in all a good experience and I have ended up deciding to purchase the sheesham tv unit

Rohan is also very helpful in explaining you and about each furniture and other details. Based on his help we could zero on our sofa cum bed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have fallen for their sales effort. Believe me the products you will get are no way close to what you have seen. They don't value their customers once the deal is done and payment is made. They commit high quality products but deliver faulty furniture. Beware of the nice photos and products they show in the store. No exchange, no refund, nothing. The customer is literally non-existent. But, they wil make sure of good online presence only to convey that they are good at customer service. Karma will catch up with your business..Don't worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you wooden street for a wonderful product offerings, we bought a bench and a Diwan (as shown in pics), using them for last 7 months which made us come back to them for second time. The overall experience from palcing order till delivery and actual usage has been wonderful. Don't waste your time in any other stores as well as local manufacturers ....your solution is there in every Wooden street store .....don't forget to visit their experience stores in Andheri and Thane.... especially Thane which is the biggest store in Mumbai and Rohan is there to help you out with whatever you want...thank you wooden street
