★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Sarla's since a long time. This time, I went for a hair wash and was highly disappointed with the service. The lady who washed my hair was literally fighting with my strands, wet my whole t-shirt and didn't care to blow dry it. Also charged me more than usual. Never going again. They need to hire trained professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic, ruthless services. Bruises, cuts and scars is what you get complimentary for the bmost basic service - eyebrows. The beautician there, absolutely unprofessional, rude and blunt to say the least. Refuses to hand over the mirror to you when you ask for a check on the eyebrows, pins you down on the chair roughly, completely smelling of bad breath and body odour. When you ask her to be softer and gentle, she complains of the customer not sitting correctly for the service. These are just a handful of issues mentioned here. Please walk in to SARLA'S for what you may never expect to be the most traumatic experience of salon service. Absolute garbage in the name of a brand they call themselves to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to Lakme but decided to go here based on a friend' s recommendation. I think this place is over priced with very average service. I found many issues with the place...service started 10 mins late, room was either too hot or too cold, card machine was not working and massage was very average. Things that could have been better : background music, use of warm towel vs. cold sponge to clean the face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hair cut services. The lady who did the hair cut of my daughter did not behave properly with her. She did not even brush off the hair from my daughter’s face and body, which fell on her during the haircut. She did not cut the hair properly and did not blow dry the hair due to dandruff inspite of charging for it. One of the worst hair cut services offered by the parlour.
