★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a haircut here after reading all the great reviews. The salon is definitely taking a lot of extra precautions during covid. It was impressive. Very neat, clean and well maintained. However, my experience with the hair stylist was NOT great. He seemed to be in a hurry to wrap up. I left a nearby local salon and went here, thinking the stylist at Belisia might have some recommendations to suit face type etc, but he was not interested in recommending. Secondly, after a quick cut, he used very high heat setting of the blow dryer without applying protective serum. Even after my telling him the heat setting is high, did not bother to reduce it. It gave me a severe headache on returning home. Definitely needs some training in manners and listening to what the customer is saying. Funny bit was that without understanding experience, knowledge or need of the client, they will jump into giving recommendations and selling some package. Overall a poor experience on hair styling.
