★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad , really worst in Mumbai they do highlights taken money and than they say that for highlights to be visible you have to again pay for Sistine so that highlights will be visible
Never go to such place this is one of the worst and Lakme should hold responsible and take action against this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get waxed. The beautician seemed to be really annoyed for some reason and left the room 3 times to get things. I asked for flavoured wax which normally dosent burn but for some reason, this time it did. There was a lot of wax left and when i asked her to get it off she failed to do so and just let me leave. The wax has now turned black for some reason as you can see in the pictures. This is just on my forearms, theres pleanty left on my legs as well. She also used a paper that was dropped on d floor by her, this was really scary as all the germs n dust on the floor did come in direct contact with my exposed pores, im starting to notice some boils as well. I do not know the name of the beautician but she was a lady in her mid forties with short brown hair. If you do decide to visit this branch for getting waxed make sure that this beautician is not the one waxing you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have highlighted my hairs from lakme and the color didn't even lasted for 2 months. Very bad service. Totally unhappy and unsatisfied. If anyone is thinking to highlight their hair from lakme, i would suggest go for a trustworthy parlour.

QOD hair treatment instead of cysteine, and it was not at all as expected. I was told by the beautician that she would take advice from her trainer and let me know. It's been 3 months since andI have given reminders twice but to no avail. It's been a complete waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor pedicures and nail service. Absolutely not worth the money and experience. No difference other than an oil between normal and aroma therapy pedicure. Even the nails were poorly filed and shaped. Please don't go here for nail services rather go for nail spa at R-City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, there is no zero rating offered by google review. Hence, they get 1. Absolute cheats. Was completely taken for a ride with some package offer sold by a salonist.
The terms and conditions of the package were completely manipulated when I went there again to redeem the amount with services. The owner, Merlyn, showed no guts to face the query from the customer. Poor show overall.
Will never risk visiting this salon for any service ever after. Ugly experience..
