★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this place 09th Nov 2021, regarding query of dimensions of study table, which I had shortlisted on PepperFry website. Before that, I had called customer care for 4-5 times to get through their pre-sales personnel for same information.. When I visited, person named Abhishek attended me nicely and took pics of table and took note of what is required.. Since next day, I am calling daily and person now doesn't work there and girl who said she will give me details in 2 days as study table brand Zabel is in-house, so far made me write this review, table is now out-of-stock and still Bespoke Studio doesn't know anything, despite calling them daily and asking same thing.. This is so unprofessional, looks like PepperFry doesn't want to sell furnitures.. Noone cares in there.. Dimensions I asked for are not mentioned anywhere on page of product and are IMP to me as I can't change interior of room, once I buy, so wanted to confirm..

Product I ordered is a shoe rack. It's value for money. The build quality can be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service and quality. they delayed delivery, changed delivery dates frequently as per thier choice. After much follow up they delivered the goods and we were shocked to see that damaged peice was delivered. When contacted no satisfactory answer we got. Now they are not even bothered to replace the damaged peice.
It is really pathetic.will never buy anything from them.
