★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the store to inquire about an AC model. Over-smart salesperson said it is available without checking. When we reached store they he checked and found it is not in stock. Also did not even come to tell us and made us wait their for 1 hour. Worst in showroom service. Will rather go to Delhi Laxmi Nagar then come here.
Post reply edit: Instead of saving face online why don't you guys give this no. to your showroom team and tell them to give it to the customer. Moreover, we cam all the way from Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees of this shop are absolutely cheaters , while buying things they will promise you lots of things like cash back and all . After payment they will not even entertain your call and now I had to pay 5000 emi because of one person called as Pradeep who not only promised me wrong but also gave false info and took the money , stay from these cheaters and better prefer other shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, they don't even let the customer enter if you reach by 7.45-50 pm as shop closes at 8 pm. The home delivery is very late was promised delivery of fridge at 12 pm, the bill slip said before 1pm but fridge was delivered at 6 pm with no explanation. Praying to god they provided a good quality fridge and not a defective piece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased window AC which was sold to me through misleading techniques. They charged me for a model of 2022 and delivered 2020 model at 29000. The price of which their site reflects as 25520.
Have been following up for long but no resolution for the price i had paid and not ready to replace that with the latest model.
Will not recommend to buy from this dealer. Croma and reliance digital are far more reliable.
