★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the most helpful staff. I went for my cleanup and by mistake I put my necklace in a tissue paper which further ended up in a bin. After a day when I realised it was missing, I knew there is no change I will get it back. However the staff went through all the hassle and helped me to get it back.
I am thank you to all the staff. Beautiful service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am editing my review from the last time. I had come to Kaya a few months ago only because of reviews of a certain therapist. Now that the therapist has left, they failed to inform me, they have changed my therapist twice and are so unprofessional, the clinic is unclean. I have seen treatment rooms where the beds have not been sanitised after entertaining the next client and several cockroaches. Despite all this they are not providing me a refund for the remainder of my laser services. I do not recommend Kaya for any treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff who truly cares about their clients. Very good machine for hair reduction as well, it is one of the best in the industry. I am specifically thankful to Sangita who is doing all of my sessions with atmost care and technique. I also admire Bhavna who is a constant guidance!

The staff is great specially Sherunisha, she is quick and very careful with the laser procedure and has a good steady hand with an eye for detail. He facials are by far the best that I have ever gotten - she is just gifted. Would highly recommend.
