KBM electronics was launched by Mohibur Biswas, he has done chemistry hon from Delhi University and MBA from Jamia Hamdard. KBM Electronics has been established in the Electronics market since 2004, selling electronics items with its retail outlets in Laxmi Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Durgapuri, Vaishali, Meerut across all over Delhi and NCR. KBM electronics is a consumer electronics retail store. It deals with around 2000 products. KBM electronics ensures that each customer should buy the best product. It also ensures that they provide good serivces to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude. They don't even listen to you properly. Their mindset is if you don't buy it, someone else will buy it. I went to this shop to buy an AC. Guy showed us different models and claimed this is the least price I can find in delhi, and tried to fool me by saying "aap internet check krlo", luckily I had been to other shops so I knew that online price of AC is more than any shopkeeper quotes. He also claimed if I find the same model in less price anywhere, he would give me gift worth of 2000, and guess what, I found the same model 1000 rs cheaper. Disappointed in staff as they try to fool their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't tell you before delivery how many people are they going to send for delivering and installing the product. They assume that for a 275ltr refrigerator only one man is sufficient that too to be carried on 2nd floor.
We managed this by asking for help from a random passerby and lend a helping hand to this delivery man in carrying the refrigerator up to second floor(since there is no lift). This delivery man also had to carry back our old refrigerator for which again he was asked if he needed extra help. On which he said that this is a smaller one and he can manage this one alone. While taking down the older one back he broke one of our window. The person who sold Refrigerator to us named (Akram) was called asked why did he sent only one person for delivery for which he had no reasonable answer rather he said that we should have provided a helping hand to him. Secondly, balance of Rs. 1000 was remaining which Akram had to give to us in exchange of our old fridge which he forgot to deduct from the original bill and he said that he will do it later. When we went to his store for exchange amount he himself disappeared from the shop( in the morning he told us to come today itself)When his manager called him up he said that he has not called anyone.
So to cut the long story short make sure that you don't have any balance amount remaining and ensure that sufficient manpower is being sent to deliver and install your product. Prefer not buying from this particular store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store in March's 3nd and 4th Week and experience was quite good as comparison with other stores which is available in Laxminagar. Here Mr. Santosh was taking care for my enquiries and due to his behaviour I purchased a split AC. I liked this store. Most of the members were seems like cooperative. Overall experience was good.

Everyone should go one time and buy products
at much cheaper price they sell smartphones also all models of samsung and all models of oppo which are famous in offline market.So one should visit the store when it is open.

They Lack of management and communication.
Not going there again if they’ll sell for free.
KBM ELECTRONICS is worse.
