★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service, I haven't used my services for new purchased TVS JUPITER due to lockdown? they r not ready to extend services even my km running is 4000KM only they requesting me to pay again AMC charges + everytime need to pay oil charges approx 470. ?So, I was requesting because at the time of bike purchase they commited services for year. Officers was saying this is company policy can't extend. then company + Dealer should come with the solutions as it's nd gd for company's + dealer reputation, also impact on sale as well?
If in this case they should call customer or text them as "services r going to expired " Or atleast provide some solution which customer can avail the services & recommend to other people. Nt happy at all wth services ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good, good response of staff and cooperative staff. Used short time for regular servicing as it was my 3rd free servicing. Staff cooperate with online conversations. Looking forward for good coordination for problematic situations. Need to increase staff for booking an appointment on call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom and delivery or service station are located nearby, little difficult to understand when you buy bikes at showroom, delivery is done at service station. Good customer flow hence manufacture date is recent and delivery is also within week. People are friendly, good overall experience.
