★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic & Worst service, bcz of two receptionists ,they are not properly trained how to talk with patient,doctors quality is good,but this two lady is arrogant..& attitude like she is doctor.
Don't waste your time ,go another chamber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of The Receptionist, Mrs. Bose is very bad. Her behaviour is so rude and not at all tolerable.
She is very polite while asking for money. Once the payment done, she is totally change.
The communication for doctors timing is not at all proper. If you go there you should have enough time to expend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment here is too bad, the receptionist doesn't even behave properly with the patients. She starts talking rudely to them if asked about something. Even the doctors over here are never on time they are late always, It's preferred not to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took one of my relatives to KCM Clinic today. Our overall experience there was really good. The doctor are specialized and well-equipped. They examine and diagnose the patients very carefully. All staff are very polite specially Ganesh Da. However, there were two lady-receptionists who were absolutely impolite and rude towards the patiets. They don't have any sense of humility. They were misbehaving with the patients who came to seek information. They were gossiping among themselves all the time. Moreover, I could hear them discussing about one of their seniors in abusive language. This kind of behaviour is preposterous.
