★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Tanvi Rane. I had taken admission in Keerti Institute of Charkop, Kandivali west, Mumbai in May 2019. My exam was scheduled in September 2019. I went to give the exam and during the exam the computer stopped working and I was therefore told that I will get a call for re exam which will be held in December 2019. But TILL NOW I HAVEN'T GOT ANY CALL OR MESSAGES. I have mailed to the official Email of Keerti Institute MANY TIMES BUT I GOT NO REPLY. I even called the head office and the person told me to mail once again but still NO REPLY HAS BEEN GIVEN NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL. Please look into the matter seriously or I'll be forced to give a big complaint.
