★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard has deteriorated...the salesmen at the counter are disinterested.....literally have to ask one of them to attend to you.Definitely not buying anything anymore.IGNOBLE service.Rude people at the counter.Suggest To buy at smaller medical shops..becoz here atleast the one or two people r polite..and helpful..just like ur local kiranawallah.

2) Their staff thinks as if they OWN this place !
3) RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! they definately don't give don't give a dam!
4) They don't bother ! That u have been standing in this line for hours they will just act according to their moods !
5) warning! Even if u have prescription they will make sure that u looks a clown by asking u RANDOM questions!
: I said all this because their staff is like that , I know they work there for hours, but bro we have work too can't they play their part ? Of being atleast NICE!!! to their coustomer? Is it that hard ? I wonder why ? That's why am writing it here cauz telling them on face won't work why? U ask ? Cauz they don't care !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased glaritus dispopen from your Dahanukar Wadi branch 7 to days back. But did not use it because we were already using the current one. On opening the new purchased dispopen we found out that that the button is not working and complained your chemist shop. But in return your sales person was not ready to hear us out and talked to my sister in a very rough manner and spoke bad words to her on phone. Instead of cooperating in such kind of critical times of corona pandemic situation. He answered back and hung up. I would like to talk to the owner of this group. Regarding such kind of rude behaviour from thier staff. Instead of helping out. This is the manner in which they behave. Very bad in taste. My request to all residents of that area not to b buy from them. Its such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobel chemist is opened for 24 hrs. You can get any type of medicine here. They also have packed snacks and juices. Medicine if prescribed they will provide and other things like personal care products are available like super shopee, you can go and collect, then pay for it. People or staff working here is very cooperative and loyal. It is located at charkop market signal and Kesar plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also after giving my prescription they dint have any log unfortunately I missed my day medicine and I had to call the next day. Staff members are very rude my order was not on time when I visited the store a staff member spoke rudely with me when I went for the inquiry of my medicine, if customers have any query they can talk properly and make people understand but they don't have any manner, with me this happened twice person who came for delivery was good but who came after for the exchange of medicine spoke rudely. I called and complained about it but they dint have any log who came for the delivery at my place. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received very bad service from the staff. They sold us the Hit Mosquito Bat under a 6 month warranty and it stopped working within 2 days. They absolutely refused to exchange it or return our money. One of their staff members called Pandurang spoke rudely to us and blamed us for damaging the bat. Also a staff member called Ahmed was extremely unhelpful. They asked us to take up the issue with the company instead of being of assistance to us.
