★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good connectivity to majestic which allows you to take bus and other mode of transport to different part of city. Place is quite jam packed and identifying the uber or ola cab is not easy among many vehicles coming for pickup and drop. Many times escalators are not working which becomes difficult to go and come from different platforms. Not many good food outlets. Not many shops at platform for drinking water and other stuff specially for people travelling by AC as coaches are at the end if you are travelling by Rajdhani or Karnataka express etc. Overall it can be rated average as it solves all the purposes it’s meant for. Had one bad experience where one ticket checkers asked to prove age of kid as kid was less than 5 years of age , we never experienced such issues anywhere in india before. Some of such people need some training for dealing with travellers, majority of the ticket checkers are good and very supportive to travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearby the Railway Station, in three terminals local and interstate with Very good connectivity to all over. All buses stoppage and amenities available on payment but costly, even for bathroom you have to pay Rs.10/- on dirty Govt. authorized BATHROOM. Rs. 50/- for fresh and bath nearby many hotels some good. Information desk is not good in behavior, but local public and other bus staff can help you better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is well maintained. I have seen the cleaning staff at work as early as 5 am. Having visited a lot other railway stations in India and seen them in much worse conditions, this railway station is a much more pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cold drinking water facility. Rajasthan is far better. Selling must required water is good earning source for government. Shameful??? we pay 8 ₹ for 2 liter water whereas bottles are our.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenence is ok but other services are bad. They have so many services like save girl child counter which is not working and the chairs etc are not in proper place. Another one is rupee one water dispenser. This is full of empty water bottles used by shatabdi train staff now and so on and on...
