★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangalore cantonment railway station back gate. It is good to get down here to go to jayamahal road, race course road, yeswantpur,RT nagar.This station has got 4-wheeler as well as 2-wheeler parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite a good and a small station with 4 platforms and having good parking area for both two wheeler and four wheeler and mainly having many benches to sit in the platforms.
1st and the 2nd platforms are in the front side .Though the station is small ,it is very well managed and maintained and it is very clean too.

This station is well connected to Shivaji Nagar and City Bus stand for bus communicator to come. It has pre-paid Auto stand and also you can get bus from outside of platform gate number one. Usually for this buses call Indian express bus stop.

Platform ticket a separate counter or a machine shud b there. Takes quite longer time.
Easy availability of cabs and buses nearby. Bus stop is just outside Railway station. Prepaid auto counter is better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nostalgia associated with this railway station as I have been alighting and boarding from this station several times since 1965
The station is a British-era station with arches and four platforms and has always maintained a neat and clean look.
Every train that passes through stops here. It is also now the terminus for a couple of trains. Though I haven't been here for almost five years, the memories run deep...

Toilets are available and not maintained well .
