★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today completed the Europe unbeatable package group tour, visiting London, Paris and Switzerland are good. But visiting Netherland, Germany, Italy is waste of time and money. They show items in the itinary in a fast track mode. It is better to see in the YOU TUBE.
The so called team manager can change the itinary at any moment, without consulting you people. After journey of 7 to 8 hours we are visiting the places, and time slot was given to see the places only 10 to 15 minutes.
Ashamed to this type of tour operators. They are only agent to the other travels
The staffs are very obedient and reachable at any time up to receiving the payments. If Any problems occurs after knowing the problem everybody will abscond. After lapse of time at the end the staff contacts and say we can't do anything time is passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience. Dead place. No one seems interested in your business. Especially the visa person there Paid a heavy fee for u.s visa renewal and he not only did not do the job but kept misleading us. Did not even fill the ds 160 , nor check for appointment slots and kept saying no availability and when I proved there is availability he was rude and disgusting in his behaviour and words. Dont waste your time and money going here.
