Assalamualaikum, This message is for the ummah who are looking for the Ummrah tours, First of all thank you for Yaseen who made my ummraah a very peaceful and successful journey. I actually booked my package with Al almas tours and travels, however my coordination in Saudi was with Way 2 umrah. I am not sure how may be they are in joint venture but both the operators are awesome the kind of arrangement they did was excellent right starting from India and back to home, every moment they were connected with me on what's app. Yaseen conversation was at most respect though I have not seen him it was like somebody who is knows me from years. Apart from just taking responsibility Yaseen always use to ask whether we ate food or not very very friendly and very planned very very well organise what to say no words to describe I am very impressed by there services. Food was excellent and home made food with multiple dishes and it was almost everyday on time, guidance provided was superb, laundry was on time and drops and pick up arrangements were fabulous. May Allah give him a great rewards both here in duniya and akhirah for doing a such a great job for muslim ummah.

It was just amazing to travel with way 2 Umrah travel agency I whole heatedly appreciate the initiative the company took to plan my travel. They just made all the arrangement in a span of one week at the same time they had arranged everything meticulously from air ticket to accommodation to local transportation. I along with my family have performed our Umrah with Way 2 Umrah services on 22nd of this December for a weeks time (Customized package ) overall my experience has been amazing right from ticketing till we reached back Bangalore, this being my first Umrah, it will always remain special for rest of my life, thanks to Way 2 Umrah team to make my Umrah memorable . I'll provide my review and rating on different aspects of the complete journey. •Package pricing : Competitive pricing as per market packages (5/5) •Umrah Kit: Very good Ihram kit and 2 bags (5/5) •Visa: Got visa within 2 working days (5/5) •Pre-preparation of journey : Good information provided in preparing for this whole journey (5/5) •Ticketing / Visa experience: Good (5/5) •Pick-up from Jeddah Airport and transit to Mecca: Fabulous (5/5), they arranged AC Benz bus to transfer the complete group •Hotel at Mecca: We opted for 3 Star hotel accommodation, the best part is its just 4-5 min walk from Haram Sharif Masjid , remember along with you there will be minimum of 20-30 Lakhs of pilgrims on any given day for the full year who comes down to perform Umrah and everyone wants to stay as close as possible to Haram Sharif, hence expect most of the hotels closer by will be jam packed, expect huge rush at Lift especially during Salah timings, rest of the times they are good enough. On a whole I can say Hotel stay was (4/5), If you want to get rid of this you can opt for 4/5 Star accommodation which will come at an extra price •Food at Mecca: It was good, you will get Bangalore cuisines for all 3 meals of the day (4/5) •Mecca Ziyarat: Fantastic, we had a great guide Muzammil who took us around Jabl E Noor, Arafat Maidan, Mina, Mugdalifa, Jabl E Thor, Jable E Hira, Masjid E Nimrah, Masjid E Jinn, (5/5) • Mecca- Madinah: As we opted a customised tour, we were arranged with Innova car for travelling to Madinah (5/5) •Madinah Hotel: Very good (5/5), here as well it was closer to Gate no 7, hardly 4-5 min walk to Masjid e Nabwi, •Food at Madinah: Very good, (5/5) •Madinah Ziyarat: This was fantastic, the guide took us around Jannatul Baqi, Masid E Quba, Qible tain Masjd, Jable E Ayr, Jable E Khandak, Turkey Masjid, Wadia E Bhutar, Masjid E Juma, Masjid As Sajdah, Masjid Al Ijabah, , Masjid E Bilal, Wadle E Haqiq, Masjid E Fateh, Cave of Uhud, Garden of Salman Farsi, (5/5) •Madinah- Jeddah Travel: As we opted for a customised package, we were arranged with Innova car and a fantastic driver who dropped us on time •To sum up our Umrah Journey was fantastic Best Part of doing Umrah with Way2Umrah Pvt Ltd Must have to acknowledge that Mr. Kashif who heads the team is a fabulous person, through out our Journey, he is prompt, specific, flexible, not always you will find an owner to get down and pick your luggage and settle it in bus it shows his dedication towards the work. Small things yet make a big difference as a customer like as soon as we came out of Jeddah airport after a long wait at odd hours being tired and hungry, his team came down to each of us in the group and gave us Chicken Roll and Half litre of water bottle this is very thoughtful of them, they even provided Free Sim facilities to few of us within the bus. Mid of night/ Odd hours when you are traveling Mr.Kashif will respond to your call/ Messages instantly and coordinate things for a smoother experience, being a globetrotter having experienced with reputed travel agencies not many work beyond their 9-5 schedule, this was a good attribute of Mr. Kashif which put us to ease. Not many tour agencies (including the most popular Atlas) can customize the travel plan for Umrah, they only stick to their 15 days of package, we being working a corporate set-up its impossible to get such a break, Mr. Kashif accommodated us with a customized plan for 6 days, this alone talks about delivering it to customers requirement, overall as a customer I’m Delighted. I would like to share my Umrah experience with Way2Umrah. The organizer Kashif accompanied 50 people which included our 14 member group. It was very well planned & organised trip which included Umrah and Ziyarat. It started from Bangalore International Airport via a direct Saudi Airlines flight to the destination Jeddah. The transportation to all the places was by A/C buses. The stay was at a hotel which was 400mts near to Mecca & 200mts near to Madina. The food provided was excellent in taste, quality, quantity, hygiene & health. Different food dishes were provided everyday. The bedrooms were spacious , clean bedsheets & even free Laundry was provided every 3 days. It was an excellent stay at the hotel in every possible aspect of accommodation. A guide was hired to help us understand the importance and history of all the holy places during Ziyarat by A/C buses. The overall experience of this Umrah organised by Way2Umrah was 5 star.Not to forget the behaviour of staff and organiser was very understanding and humble. A kind request & advice to the people who want to perform Umrah/Hajj, do not fall into the trap of agencies that charge less money in exchange to promise of Umrah. Opt for Way2Umrah which charges fair and square by providing the best service and hasstlefree & successful Umrah. Best Service Provider they are trust worthy and this company is completely against Umrah Schemes. My family been to Umrah in April 2019 all gone smoothly Hotels are very close to Haram Shareef. i appreciate the team and there efforts to make us feel happy in the house of allah. Thank you for all arrangements keep growing hope you can do more better.

They speak well. So full marks when it comes to politeness. The hotels they go with are not hygienic and they offered OK food in Mecca but it was balanced in Madina with cost cutting despite of complaining the caterer was not changed. We fell sick and had to visit hospitals due to food in Madina. Hotels are walkable to Haram but they are not hygienic at all and are smelly and dirty with dirty carpets and rude staff who don't even care to service.. I would not take their service again. It was extremely disappointing that they don't provide for what they claim but charge you high and cost is similar to other providers. 1 star only for politeness not for service. The people who have written good reviews are their own relatives or friends which I realised in the trip as no one complained except few who were genuine customers so I would definitely not go with the 5 or 4 stars and also they charge different rates to different customers based on their affordability and background which is extremely unfair. There is no transparency at all. The owner is totally into cost cutting he will be polite and politely ignore you on the trip or ask you to adjust and people get carried away with that. Honestly avoid!! The owner has replied that it's fake review. I can for sure provide the booking number and details to you and you are aware who has written this review. What you have offered is the review what you get so pls don't mislead the customers.

Alhamdulliah it's been 2 years and more to see such services of umrah way 2 umrah is organizing well one of the best travel company in bangalore with prompt service. During the pandemic I found no proper clarification on umrah service but they provided full information professionally.
