I visited here to get the visa done for Singapore and Malaysia.(I had booked land package myself)
Mr.Xavier and Anil were helpful! They guide you well through the process.
But they are bit costly compared other agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciate the company’s response. Had issues about refund because of Pandemic. It was immediately sorted out to my satisfaction. It’s rare for travel agencies to respond like this in such pandemic times. Surely looking for travel when international flights open up with this company

Have traveled with other big travel companies too but I can say Chariot World Tours are the best in class. Keep it up. I highly recommend the Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Chariot seeking help applying for Tourist Visa to Europe (Austria) Agents need to have better understanding of the Visa process. Necessary Information was not communicated properly. Spent a lot of money on booking flight tickets and had to postpone it due to visa issues and finally ended up in rejection and losing loads of money.
Please be more organized and educate staff on the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charit world tours Ltd is only to exploit the tourists.Their service is very poor.Not worthy to book for tours in this Agency.They say that accommodation is in 4 star Hotel.but provide 2 star Hotel fecility.we travelled Srinagar with the booking of hotel,transfers etc .No guide was provided.entry tickets to the gardens were not purchased by them.As per their itenary,they don't render service as stipulated.over all their responses to our issues are invain.once the amount is received,they forget the travellers.very bad tours & travels.Intendending travellers should think over thrice
