They take care of all your travel related queries from Visa processing, ticket booking, honeymoon package, holy land tours, bulk bookings and a lot more. Only concern is the parking at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is abt my trip to the holyland that was organised by the oasis holidays blr in may 2019.The guy coordinating our trip (mr Anil) not helpful & unprofessional - This was by far the most disappointing trip ever. from the trips dates being changed , to not getting tkts even after reaching the airports ,to a tour leader who didnt know how or what to do (Mr Rui)to being stuck at Israel & egypt customs without foods for 4 hrs. we travel to see a beautiful places and have an happy experience, but this travel was more of a traumatizing experience. we dint knw what we would go thru the next day - everyday of the travel. None of us had a smile at the end of the trip - i wouldnt want anyone planning their trip with them ever - bcos you can see them making fake promises - In one word - Disappointed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Holy land trip recently. Though I booked three months back, they broke their promise of Emirates after getting advance money from me and sent us in cheap airlines like Jazeera etc. Similarly they put us in cheap third rate hotels in many places against their promise of 3/4/5*. Again in Dubai airport we were stranded as their person didn't turnup to meet us nor we were told about the hotel. It was generally a bitter experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters. My mom and her sisters were supposed to travel to Europe with them and even after making payments in advance there were no bookings made. They kept altering the date of travel without the consent of the passengers and they cancelled the trip the day before promised departure. They have the custody of our passports and they have not yet refunded the money. It was a mental torture for us as a family as we were helpless as to what next they'll throw at us. Very unorganized agency and we should appeal for Their shut down after repaying all the due to the respective parties they owe. PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor arrangements for the Holy Land tour even though booked in advance. Oasis claimed it was a Group trip, I was sent on separate flights and low cost airline like Jazeera (not heard of in India) and not met at the airport by their representative at Dubai late night and was separated from the Group on flights even though promised a Group tour and I was traveling alone. Had to find my own way to the hotel in Dubai. Hotels, contact numbers and flight details were not provided prior to the trip commencement even though repeatedly requested for. Was stranded at Dubai airport late night as the tour representative did not pick me up. Very poor quality hotels in some destinations even though 3-4 star hotels were promised and charged for. We were even put in a hole in the wall hotel on the West Bank and Israel border wall which is dangerous territory and looked like a bomb shelter. We walked out the next day and demanded another hotel.
Such a beautiful and sacred trip turned into a nightmare at some locations. When we contacted the Bangalore office when stranded from abroad ,the Bangalore office did not pickup our calls. How are travellers sent to a strange country without names of hotels, flight details and contact numbers of hotels to find their way No professionalism at all. All they say is you will get everything. No flight tickets handed to us except at a 2-3 hrs before departure at the airport . These tour operators book you into any random flights and round about flights to save money without even checking back with the client if they are ok with it. I found my way because I was a well travelled person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd time traveling with OASIS HOLIDAYS. Both the tours last year (North India) and this year (south India) in December / January were an amazing experience. I had a wonderful trip and very memorable. I felt safe and respected. They took great care of us during the journey and things were well organized. Their service is amazing and Ms. Vikshitha was a wonderful staff member who helped me plan and organize this trip. She always replied on time and very helpful. She changed the itinerary to suit our needs and made suggestions that made a lot of sense. Overall, I consider myself lucky to have found this wonderful company. I cannot wait to travel rest of India with them in coming years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a big time scam or Fraud! In case if you’re planning to travel with this company, please don’t do that mistake of considering this company as your tourist guide.This is a scam. They collect advance money from people and they cancel the trip on the previous night. My mom who was supposed to travel to Europe with this group faced this and they sent us fake itinerary and tickets, last minute on the previous day of travel they call us and tell the trip has been cancelled. Guys please don’t go through this mental trauma. We had to run to the police station to get our passports and money back. Please be aware of such scams. Please don’t be a trap.
