★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a 19 hours journey they kept me hungry for 12 hours and then served a small breakfast. No beverage served. I fell asleep and woke up when some people were still eating. But they did not have any food for me as it was past the serving time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't expect it to be lonely, we were the only customers there. Guess there is no need to visit the office since almost anything can be done online now. Except, pre-book the Heritage Tour, for which I was forced to visit the office. Staff is courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very approachable, helpful and friendly staff. They can advise you on changes etc to flights and availability for whatever reason that should you need to change your travel plans. Easily accessible from the street and there is parking in the side alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Response or Abnormal wait time for call center. Had to wait for over 3hrs on hold for an urgent change in booking not allowed online . After the 3Hrs wait the call was automatically dropped.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service provided although I just visited to book my flight tickets. It could have been done online or over the phone however I had some doubts which was clarified much to my satisfaction by the gentleman at the service desk.
Well maintained office on the 1st Floor.
Easily accessible loaction, beside the main road itself. 2-wheeler parking is available adjacent to the building.
