★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the way passengers were treated on the Bengaluru to Madurai flight on May 6th 4.55 pm flight. We were herded into the bus even though Indigo knew the flight was delayed. Made to wait in the bus for 30 minutes with no updates in a poorly ventilated bus. I would have thought during this time especially with Covid that the safety of the passengers would come first. Sad to say it was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful staff inside airport. I had an international flight where powebank should he kept in luggage. Here in bangalore lookalike its reverse. They holded my luggage and called me 30 mins before boarding. I ran to the staff. The lady there there was very casual and talked as if I dont care. The security guy helpedbontakomg out the power bank but when I asked indigo staff she said I xak leave you out but I don't care to move an inch from my cubicle and help. 30 pounds powerbank gone but at least why can't they help something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indigo is always budget friendly airline. But this means you have to compromise with comfort too. Seats are not comfy and feels like roadways bus. Nowadays they are cancelling and rescheduling flights frequently and not even bothered to inform customers. My flight from Bengaluru to hyderabad got rescheduled to Mumbai and then cancelled but no info to me. It was my luck that for some reason I contacted them. Else I might have either miss the flight or not able to go to journey... Pretty pathetic experience.
