★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy experience. I have called their phone almost 20 times this morning and no one answers. The automated IVR is utterly useless. The least they can do is to provide a message about office hours . They appear to be in the 19th century and I don't think they knows or care. Absolutely pathetic and I have decided to fly some other airline.

they feel as if they are giving it for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, my daughter travelled from Bengaluru toBali via Bangkok. When she reached Bali, she realised that the lock of her cabin baggage was broken,luggage ransacked and valuables and cash stolen. On reporting she did not get a satisfactory response. This is really shocking .
On her way to Bangkok from Bali, she now found the security belt on her baggage missing. This is pathetic!!!!! A disgusting experience from an international airline. Obviously no point in lodging a complaint. She is yet to return. I'm keeping fingers crossed and hoping that the luggage is found intact when she receives it in Bengaluru airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled with Thai for the first time and had a very disappointing and disturbing experience. It’s almost a week now and there is no clue about my missed baggage. There is literally no response from them. I work in a corporate company and have notified our travel desk to black list Thai airways so that my fellow colleagues don’t have to go through this pain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai airways ground staff in Bangalore airport is one of the worst behaved ones. Poorly trained, lack basic knowledge of the protocols & very very high handed behaviour.
Big mistake travelling with Thai, will try my best to avoid this airline in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning my call was answered on the 2nd ring. I needed to get my return journey to Bangkok postponed.Being a promotion fare ticket the staff had to contact Bangkok for this. She came back to me in less than an hour giving me the information and also advising me on the best option available. Before judging anything, try everything yourself first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been traveling on Thai to Thailand and Bali for past 15 years. There has been a steady decline in service standard s in all aspects. Very bad attitude towards Indians from Bangalore sector as per my experience. Last travel dates 21.12.18 to Bali via Bangkok and return on 5.1.19. Poor old staff, serve liquor before food and ask for repeat on liquor stare at as we are aliens. Even for water they stare and so much so for ice and water. On call button no one comes. Yesterday I had to scream at their service station to get water served at my seat. I told them I'll pay for it
Food is terrible all of us fell sick last night...TG325 from Bangkok to Bangalore on way from Bali. Also flights are more expensive than others. Unfortunately was too late to book others. Indian airlines should compete and see that Thai airways come to their senses. We are not flying free right.
