★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Pathetic Airlines ever, I reached the airport 1 and a half hour prior to my flight, when I go to the counter to take my boarding pass they inform me that the flight has already been left. According to my ticket my flight was not supposed to leave for another hour. Apparently, the flight timing was changed and no one bothered to inform us. After asking if they can compensate on the next fight they were asking us to pay rs. 12,000/- for each ticket. we were stranded at the airport.
I will never ever travel with Jet Airways again in my entire life.
Thanks for the worst service ever.
