★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting Kaizen. They handle all Corsair RMAs and I took in my AIO that had issues being detected by the motherboard. Spoke to Corsair India service through email and on their advice, I took the product into Kaizen.
They took the product in, inspected it and gave me an acknowledgement receipt asking me to come after 7 days to collect my replacement. I received a call from them after 4 days informing me the replacement could be collected. The entire procedure was seamless and very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 2018 I came for a corsair memory rma. It took about a month for replacing. Now I gave they said 7 days. So fast it has become. Good place and will get the job done after 15 or 20 minutes of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive submitted my gpu which is Inno3d gtx1660ti for replacement on 2march now more than a month I have not received the product yet. Whenever I call to kaizen banglore office they always say will call back in 10 minutes but they never do staffs are not reliable they said on 21st March that within 10days it will be available to collect but still not dispatched.... Never trust them just sit back and wait for thats all we can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was really bad tbh people weren't wearing masks and then I gave my motherboard for repair, I probably think it will be in a worse condition once I get it.
The staff was really helpful and nice.
But then it was very unhygienic. I just gave my motherboard let's see how it goes.
