The rates are very reasonable and his dedication towards the job is commendable. I'm writing this review because I'm blind and I personally trust Mohan when it comes to computers.

Apart from the small services taken from this guy last 3 years, This week My dell laptop motherboard had issues and 3 shops told me cost varying 7k to 9k. This guy fixed it in 1800 RS and the lap is all good now.
I personally recommend this guy to any laptop repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a shrewd computer repair guy to fix my 9 year old Asus laptop which wasn't booting up (authorized service center claimed it had a faulty motherboard and the part was no longer available!). Based on my research, took a chance with Sam's Debug and this place was a pleasant surprise. Mohan is a gentleman and a smart service engineer. He is patient enough to listen and understand the issues carefully and narrow down to a solution based on his years of experience.
Being a consumer electronics industry professional, I was pleased by his logical way of troubleshooting board / chip level problems. This is exactly what I was looking for compared to a garage way of repairing computers!
Apart from fixing my Asus laptop in ~4 hours (issue was not with the motherboard!), he gave me sufficient time to thoroughly check for any further problems. Mohan was also kind enough to debug my ThinkPad X1 Tablet (a rare US Model) with LCD issue. Though it was outside his expertise, he frankly recommended the best way to get it resolved. All in all, very happy with the service received and this place will be my go-to for any board/chip level computer problems.
tl;dr - Mohan is a no-nonsense service engineer who'll either fix your laptop in a sensible way or suggest an honest approach to safely bring back your computer to life!
