They don't call you back,they don't answer your phone calls and the number they share to contact them is 90% times switched off if by any chance it rings then no one would respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided in Bangalore service center is terrible, i wish the people would learn to manage better in msi servicing. I'm posting to let the company people know the on-ground scenario of your company's service center too.
My msi laptop's part was to be changed and they ordered the part in January, i have been asking them for updates on the part's arrival but they never gave me even a approx. date of its arrival.
Through my previous experience i know that parts of msi products arriving from another country take atmost 1 month even during this pandemic time, but these bangalore service people were simply procastinating with the excuse of lockdown.
And now in the 6th month they have started ghosting my calls when the lockdown has opened.I can't go to the center everytime to ask about the updates, they really need to treat the customers better.
I wont suggest buying products of a company with such poor service for its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a service centre located in unity building... They take a lot of time so make sure you come here with your free time.....
Service of few brands.. DELL, ASUS, AMAZON-KINDLE,. trusted service given for laptops and mobiles...
They don't provide stop repair. They take 2-4 days for even minimal repair so... It's very time consuming.......
So if u want fast service then head to S.P road. But they can't be trusted...
