β β β β β Thee worst experience, requesting anyone who experience un satisfied service please contact consumer court.
The people in the office think they are some don. Some lady sitting in first counter when i asked politely about my refund and asked for help, she started shouting that we are not responsible and all. TICKETS BOOKED IN WEBSITE AND OFFICE ARE DIFFERENT!?
Being a old and head office they dont have a finance department?
They are there to only book tickets.
Absolutely useless 1star is alao not worth it.
An international air ticket is not a small thing for middle class family.

β β β β β The office can be easily located and Google navigation is perfect. One word of caution. Do not expect any help from the staff at this office. They have an unusually high sense of entitlement. Versions from the staff completely contradicts the version from Airindia call center. The staff is busy on personal phone calls for 80% of their time. During the 3 hrs I was there I saw 5 other visitors and for everyone including me the response was one. Please send mail to email I'd. No matter what your ask is be very sure it will not be resolved at this office. Waste of time to visit them. Also no one answers the phone. If you are dealing with airindia please keep in mind you are stuck for good and are at the mercy of call center support. I pray that TATA fixes this and shows the reality to the airindia staff.

β β β β β This is office of AI with customer care desks for any kind of booking, modification, rescheduling.
Way better than calling customer care. Also they will provide you concession or waiver which might not be available on apps of booking agents

β β β β β Visited around 10 days back. Very nice old and iconic office. Only one customer support person was serving with many people waiting. COVID protocols were being followed. With online/phone customer service of Air India not being very good, atleast their offices must be adequately staffed to serve people who travel far distances across Bangalore to visit their office. Hoping things will improve in future.

Worst customer service.
Worst customer care.
Indefinite waiting period, if you call customer care.
No/very late response to emails.
Almost full amount deduction due to cancellation, even if cancelled many days before flight.
Very very bad experience.
Will never buy air india flight ticket in future. Will never recommend people.

β β β β β Contrary to my imagination, everything went smoothly. There were only 3-4 customers (only one person allowed in from a group owing to covid restrictions). I went there to get my travel dates altered. So, I was really pleasantly surprised.
However, I cannot forget the torture i had to go thru while trying to get this done on website (doesn't allow) or by trying to connect to the call centre where i called them whopping eight times and for each time i waited for the ticketing team to connect for 45 min each time, unsuccessfully. Ultimately i decided to visit the office as i was not left with enough time to change the schedule.
Interestingly, the lady on the counter asked why I had to travel all the way to get this done. I really had to control my emotions and just smiled.
I wish some sense prevails and we improve our customer experiences in Air India. Long way to go and I sincerely wish all the best to the Tata Group

β β β β β This place is only for refund and rescheduling of tickets. You can do the same by calling call center but then they will impose travel date change fare, to avoid the same we will need to come to this city office. Atleast that was the problem for me.
This is a typical govt office setup with strict kind of old aged people sitting at the counters mostly. No point cribbing or comparing with other private counterparts. As usual we need to be there on time and get the work done. If we go there with proper documents at right time, it will be easy.
Because of Corona they allow just 3 people inside at any time though they have good enough place/seats to let more people in. Rest all of us need to stand outside. Atleast they can allow aged people inside which they weren't doing.
Lunch timing is 1-2 PM. They work from 9.30 AM - 6.20 PM (Mon - Sat). Sunday it's closed.
